Longacre Theatre tickets & upcoming events

Step into the Longacre Theatre and you'll find a piece of Broadway history that’s been charming audiences since 1913. With about 1,067 seats packed into its intimate space, it’s the kind of place where you really feel close to the action, no giant crowds or cavernous halls here. Originally called the Henry Miller Playhouse, named after the legendary actor, the theatre’s charm isn’t just in its age but also in its elegant touches like the grand chandelier hanging in the foyer, which honestly looks like something out of a vintage movie set. If you’re lucky enough to snag a ticket in the upper section, you’ll get a quieter, more relaxed vibe and a pretty sweet view of the orchestra pit and performers during certain shows. And speaking of location, if you’re wandering from Central Park, just stroll down 7th Avenue until you hit 48th Street and turn right, easy peasy to find. Whether you’re catching a new comedy or a heartfelt drama, Longacre offers a cozy yet lively atmosphere that makes every night feel special. And hey, with its history, charm, and proximity to all the action, it’s definitely a spot worth checking out whether you’re a Broadway veteran or just looking for a memorable night out.
